Shipping

EAC Gallery takes care and pride in the packing of your purchases. Our goal is to ship swiftly and safely. All shipments are professionally packed and forwarded fully insured.

INVOICING
Your invoice will include a fee for packing, insurance and shipping. The shipping department will combine multiple purchases into a single package to save extra shipping expenses when it is safe to do so.

METHOD OF SHIPPING
Purchases shipped within the Continental US will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service or USPS or other carrier selected by EAC Gallery. Shipping of purchases valued above $500 via FedEx is available only to those clients who provide both their own FedEx account number and in-transit insurance.

EAC Gallery may select expedited shipping for high value packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All items shipped outside of the Continental US will be shipped via insured express mail. All import duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be included in your EAC Gallery invoice.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
Additional shipping fees will apply for all oversized, framed, or overweight lots.

Purchases will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment via MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, postal money order or wire transer. Shipment will be made within 10-14 business days upon receipt of all other forms of payment. Overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day shipping service is available - please request pricing.

DAMAGE TO YOUR PACKAGE
In the event that the contents of your shipment have been damaged in transit, you must contact EAC Gallery at 516-365-0600 within two business days of receipt, and retain all packing materials.

GREEN SHIPPING
It is EAC Gallery policy to recycle shipping materials whenever possible. If you should receive a package that doesn't look as pretty on the outside as it might, please be assured that your purchase has been carefully packed inside, and it is just those folks in our shipping department trying to make a small contribution to our planet.
